ETNA NATIONAL PARK

ETNA NATIONAL PARK

I was in holiday with my family in Sicily, in a small town called Nicolosi. Nothing special, a few days to take the kid to an Acquapark next to this small town. One morning with not much to do, I have been able to convince my wife to take the car and drive up to the Etna National Park, half an hour drive, no more than this. Myself had already been there, when I was a kid with the school, but to be honest I didn’t remember it like this. Just impressive…. we weren’t equipped for a trek on the summit, we just stayed by the Rifugio Sapienza, but a proper visit is definitely due. Here few shots I have been able to take. Enjoy 🙂
